These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of emberiptv.com and any related subscriptions, products, or services (the “Service”) operated by EmberIPTV. By purchasing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

01 Eligibility & Acceptance

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate. Continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any updates posted to this page.

02 Nature of the Service

EmberIPTV does not host, own, produce, store, or control any media, channels, streams, or content. EmberIPTV provides access to a technical service and reseller subscriptions only. All media accessible through the Service is hosted, transmitted, and provided entirely by independent third-party partners over whom EmberIPTV exercises no editorial or operational control.

EmberIPTV acts solely as an intermediary. We make no representation regarding the source, licensing, legality, or availability of any specific content. The presence or absence of any content at any time is determined entirely by the third-party provider and may change without notice.

03 No Copyrighted Content Provided

Any media accessed through the Service is hosted and provided exclusively by third-party partners. EmberIPTV does not upload, store, broadcast, or retransmit any audio, video, or other copyrighted material on its own servers or infrastructure. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable copyright laws in your jurisdiction. Infringement claims must be directed to the relevant third-party provider.

04 No Refunds — All Sales Final

By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Payment is non-refundable once a subscription, trial conversion, or order is placed, regardless of usage.
• No refund will be issued for service interruptions, downtime, buffering, reduced quality, removed channels, or content unavailable due to third-party providers.
• No refund will be issued for incompatibility with your device, network, internet connection, ISP throttling, or local restrictions.
• No refund will be issued for change of mind, accidental purchase, duplicate purchase, or failure to use the Service.
• No refund will be issued where access is suspended or terminated due to violation of these Terms.

You agree not to initiate any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank, card issuer, payment processor, or crypto provider. Initiating a chargeback constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of all access without refund.

05 No Warranty — Service Provided “As Is”

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EmberIPTV disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

EmberIPTV does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; that any specific channel, stream, or feature will be or remain available at any particular quality; that the Service will be compatible with any specific device; or that defects will be corrected within any timeframe. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.

06 Service Availability & Third-Party Dependence

Because the Service relies on third-party providers, EmberIPTV has no control over and accepts no responsibility for outages, throttling, content removal, or quality changes originating from those providers. Temporary or permanent loss of access does not entitle you to any refund, credit, or compensation.

07 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful activity, nor to resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or commercially exploit your subscription without express written authorization. You agree not to share your login credentials, exceed your permitted number of simultaneous connections, or circumvent any technical limitation. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

08 Account Suspension & Termination

EmberIPTV reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access for any reason, including violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse, or chargeback activity. Termination for cause does not entitle you to any refund.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmberIPTV, its owner, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In all cases, the total aggregate liability of EmberIPTV shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific subscription giving rise to the claim during the one (1) month immediately preceding the event.

10 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EmberIPTV, its owner, operators, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms or any applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party right, including any copyright claim related to content accessed through third-party providers.

11 Payments & Processing

Payments are processed through third-party processors, including cryptocurrency and card/PayPal providers. EmberIPTV is not responsible for fees, errors, delays, conversion rates, or actions taken by these processors. You are responsible for providing a valid, monitored email address for delivery of your credentials; EmberIPTV is not responsible for credentials not received due to incorrect addresses, spam filtering, or provider-side mail blocking.

12 Free Trials

Where a free trial is offered, it is provided at EmberIPTV’s sole discretion, limited to one per person or household, and subject to anti-abuse measures. EmberIPTV reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or terminate any trial at any time, including where abuse, fraud, VPN/proxy usage, or duplicate requests are detected, without notice.

13 Changes to These Terms

EmberIPTV may modify these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to emberiptv.com with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and EmberIPTV regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements, whether written or oral.
